Due to the nature of our products and their use on skin, we cannot accept any returns. If you are unhappy in any way with your products please reach out to us at info@shampoochie.com to discuss options for a refund or replacement of your product. Our goal is to make every customer happy!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund is approved or not or what steps will be next. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
